Provide support for implemntation, troubleshooting and maintnance of IT systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provid support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client problems. Provide second level problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems. Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process. Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Must possess experience in one or more systems and architectures and associated hardware: mainframe, mini or client/server based. MUST HAVE: TS/SCI with Poly. Bachelor’s degree and 5 or High School Grad and 9 years experience in System Administration. Must have Security+ AND be enrolled in Continuing Education. Must have System Admin III experience with account creation/management. Must have System Admin III experience with Fileserver/NetApp support and management. Must have System Admin III experience with Windows 7 client deployment/configuration/support. Must have an understanding of "agency" methods and data flows. Linux client and server support. Cisco networking.
